In order to improve the anti-corrosion performance of radiators and
reduce VOC emissions, we have invested $2 million to build new
E-Coating line and powder coating line.
E-Coating offers a high degree of corrosion protection with low film
thicknesses.Test acc. to ISO 12944, the average film thickness 25um,
can reach category C4-H, the salt spray duration 720h.
Powder coating line, operating by 4 robots to make sure the uniform
surface treatment, good film formation consistency, higher efficiency.
Each paint film thickness 100-120um, low Vocs emission, environmentally friendly.
